VertexAI Strategy was founded in 2019 by Dr. Alexandra Chen and Marcus Webb — both veterans of leading global institutions who had grown frustrated watching organisations invest millions in AI initiatives that never reached production.

Their vision: a consulting firm that combined genuine technical depth with commercial acumen — one that could sit comfortably in the boardroom and the engineering room equally, and that never lost sight of the business outcomes AI was supposed to deliver.

Today, we are a team of 120+ AI specialists, data scientists, strategists, and domain experts — headquartered at 22 Baker Street in London, with offices in Edinburgh, Manchester, and New York.

We work exclusively with organisations serious about responsible, long-term AI adoption — not those chasing hype. And we measure our success entirely by the outcomes we create for our clients.
